Facial exercises are generally safe when performed correctly. However, stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any unusual sensation. Glowera is not responsible for any injury or adverse effects resulting from use of the exercise routines. Users with TMJ disorders, facial injuries, recent surgeries, or any jaw/neck conditions should consult a doctor before using the Service.
