- Send you waitlist updates and launch notifications (you can unsubscribe any time)
- Personalize your exercise routines using AI recommendations
- Improve, debug, and develop new features

We will never use your data to show you third-party ads without your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7). Waitlist email addresses are retained until the app launches or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Usage analytics data is retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for personal data at rest
- Access controls limiting who within our team can access your data

8. Children's Privacy
Glowera is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe your child has provided data to us, please contact us at hello@glowera.app.
9. International Data Transfers
If you access Glowera from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.

Our Service may contain links to third-party platforms including TikTok (@tryglowera) and Instagram (@tryglowera). These platforms have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know about personal information collected, to delete personal information, to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell your data), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email to waitlist members. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
