Who you're agreeing with
Glowera is operated by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor based in [YOUR STATE], United States ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
Using Glowera
Glowera is a wellness and self-care app offering guided facial exercises and habit tracking. It is not medical advice, makes no medical or cosmetic-outcome guarantees, and is not a substitute for professional care. Stop any exercise that causes discomfort. You must be 13 or older (or your country's minimum age).
Your account
An account is optional — the app works fully without one. If you create one, keep your sign-in credentials secure and don't share your account. You can delete your account and all synced data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Your content
Your journal entries, photos and progress are yours. You keep all rights to them. We store the parts described in our Privacy Policy only to provide the app to you — we don't publish them, train models on them, or share them with anyone else.
Subscriptions & purchases
Glowera Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription available weekly or annually, billed to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple under the standard Apple EULA; refunds are requested through Apple, since we never process your payment and cannot issue one directly. Apple emails a receipt for every charge.
Glowera also offers coin packs as one-time purchases. Coins, XP and badges are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, and we may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.
Cancelling is as easy as subscribing
You can cancel Glowera Pro at any time, in the same number of taps it took to start — no email, no phone call, no retention interview. In the app: Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens Apple's subscription screen directly. You can also use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app, misuse the coaching features, or use Glowera in any unlawful way.
Intellectual property
The exercise programs, habit descriptions, science content, UI design, artwork, and the Glowera name and logo are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own content.
Warranty & liability
Glowera is provided "as is." We can't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here removes a consumer-protection right your local law gives you and does not let you waive.

We'll update the date above when these terms change, and note material changes in the app before they take effect.
